You are never too old to learn

A Message From Glenn:

As the kids head back to school, the summer comes to an end. I am reminded of something I once learned. "You are never too old to learn"

As business people, parents, real estate investors and human beings we have incredible minds capable of adapting and as we rise to the occasion.

Taking on a challenge or just dealing with problems big and small we gain wisdom and experience to find discipline to tackle your goals and learn new skills. With today's advances in technology we are able to do things unimaginable only decades before and we keep getting faster allowing us to do bigger and better things.

We pride ourselves on being regular people, however we never stopped trying to learn and grow professionally. Not only has it added to the adventure, it makes us feel young, energized and alive. It's hard to believe but you can actually increase your lifespan by continuing to learn.

If you have a dream or a goal the best thing you can do is start taking steps towards it by taking action. We can't afford to wait so just learn by doing.

DID YOU KNOW...?

There Are Creative Ways To Finance Your Deals

Banks aren’t the only lenders in town. Seller financing is an option all investors should understand. This is when the seller takes on the role of the lender. Rather than giving cash to the buyer, the seller extends enough credit to the buyer for the purchase price of the home, minus any down payment.

Every investor should understand this option, but it’s especially advantageous for low-income buyers and those with poor credit. Not only can seller financing speed up the process, it can also lower closing costs and present more favorable and flexible agreement terms than a traditional lender.

Seller financing is a creative solution for buyers that provides greater access to investments.

If there’s one thing you should prepare for on this investing journey is that people will always try to tell you what to do with your time, money, and everything in between. It happened to us constantly when we started out…check out how we handled all the naysayers:
