VestorPRO is seeking to expand our AirBnB Coaching team with a growth-minded and motivated go-getter. The candidate will assist our students in setting up a business plan for their AirBnb Real Estate Investment business, based on the goals and vision our students set for their future. The coach will provideAirBnb Real Estate Investment expertise, accountability, motivation and demonstrate dedication to the client’s success. The AirBnB Coach will also plan and lead a live weekly webinar to our active students.
Job Purpose
Assist in growing the VestorPRO’s AirBnB Coaching department by supporting your assigned students with regular AirBnb coaching calls.
Job Summary
Your primary role is to provide regular coaching to your AirBnb students and support them in building and scaling successful AirBnb businesses.
Duties
- Lead bi-weekly coaching calls with each of your assigned students
- Keep comprehensive coaching notes, to ensure you’re providing the highest value to your student and can easily ‘pick up where you left off’
- Review previous coaching notes prior to the scheduled call to ensure consistency in the students’ experience
- Coach to our AirBnb coaching course
- Assign action plans to your students at the end of each coaching call, ensuring that these steps will assist them in growing their business.
- Review previous action steps on calls and develop new action steps with clients.
- Maintain a calendar that can accommodate a minimum of fifteen 30 minute coaching calls per week.
- Support the departments’ needs in a variety of tasks, as directed by the Coaching Leadership Team and the AirBnb course leader, Amber Schworm.
- Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and the company’s Core Values.
- Plan and lead one webinar, on a different topic, each week
- AirBnb coach will also manage the AirBnb account by answering email support questions; assisting with admin for the AirBnb course, and running social media for the course
- Attend all meetings & complete required ongoing training
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with your Head Coach
- Attend regularly scheduled meetings with AirBnb Course Leader, Amber Schworm
Expectations
- 2+ years as an AirBnb Superhost
- Maintain a professional relationship with coworkers and students alike
- Must be well organized to accommodate daily updates to the calendar.
- Willing and able to teach on our methods
- Strong organizational skills; including calendar management; note taking and time blocking.
- Enthusiastic about learning, growing and changing people’s lives
Qualifications
- Experienced Real Estate Investor
- Background in small business ownership
- Highly skilled in verbal and written communication.
- Must posses intermediate computer skills: i.e. ability to access, organize, edit, save and send files using Gsuite
- Must have a pleasant, positive and professional telephone demeanor.
Education and/or Experience
- Experienced Real Estate Investor
- Small business owner
- Coaching certification/experience is a plus
Physical Demands
- While conducting coaching calls and leading webinars, you will be in a mostly sedentary state (sitting behind your computer and taking notes)

- All work is remote and meetings are conducted via Zoom
Job Type
- 1099 Contract position
- Slow and steady build up of clientele
- Likely 3 hours a week for the first month and steadily increasing each month thereafter
- Coaches are able to set their own schedules and depending on availability can be full time or part time.
